SAC uses carefully selected non-affiliated companies to perform services such as web designing/building, data processing and direct marketing, which enable us to provide our full range of products and services to you. We provide only the information they need to offer our services to you. All these companies must conform to our confidentiality requirements and our Privacy Policy and are not permitted to use your information or contact our customers for any purpose other than to carry out the tasks specified by SAC.

Customer Confidentiality and Information Security

The relationships we have and the financial records we maintain on our customers are confidential and are protected by safeguarding protocols and selective staff access. However, we may be legally required to divulge certain information about our customers in response to a court order, to prevent fraud or to comply with a requirement of a government agency.
